Talk to a property specialistHow much is the reservation fee, and is it refundable?
The reservation fee is PHP 25,000 (sample) and holds your chosen unit at the current price list. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, but it is fully deducted from your downpayment. Submit your documents and post-dated cheques or auto-debit enrolment within 30 days to keep the unit.
When will Tower 1 be turned over?
Target turnover is Q4 2029, following the completion date registered with DHSUD. Units are turned over semi-fitted: tiled floors, kitchen counter and cabinets, bathroom fixtures and air-conditioning provisions. We post construction updates on this page every quarter.
Can I buy while working abroad as an OFW?
Yes. You can reserve online, sign through a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for a relative in the Philippines or through consularised documents, and pay your monthly downpayment by bank transfer or remittance. Pag-IBIG membership also lets OFWs finance the balance at turnover.
Can foreigners buy a unit?
Foreign nationals may own condominium units as long as total foreign ownership in the project stays within 40%, as provided by the Condominium Act. Our sales team can check available foreign quota for your preferred unit.
How do I pay the balance: bank or Pag-IBIG?
The balance is due at turnover and can be paid in cash or financed through a partner bank or Pag-IBIG (loanable amount up to PHP 6,000,000, subject to qualification). We assist with pre-qualification about 12 months before turnover.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Alon Terraces is pet-friendly. Up to two small to medium pets (15 kg and below) per unit are allowed, subject to house rules. There is a pet park on the Level 7 amenity deck.
How much are the association dues?
Estimated dues are PHP 95 to 110 per sqm per month (sample), starting at turnover. They cover security, building maintenance, amenities and common-area utilities.
